I assume as you said total clearance instead of break...
You mean red followed by yellow. Then all the colours. thats 30. Scores are now level and there is a respotted black which you cut in for another 7? for 37?
But I wouldn't class this as a total clearance so I am a little stumped atm.Last edited by RGCirencester; 1 December 2009, 12:31 AM.sigpic A Truly Beakerific Long Pot Sir!

I think it's something else tho....
Though I do think it must be something different as I wouldnt class the respotted black as a total clearance even though you had technically potted every ballsigpic A Truly Beakerific Long Pot Sir!

I pot the black, red, yellow (10 so far) then the colours for 27 making 37 in total ...
The break is 38 with my initial red, but from the point DawRef asked about (one red and colours) the clearance is 37 ...Last edited by DandyA; 1 December 2009, 01:59 AM.

Red, Black and a yellow.
However the referee then has a brainstorm and respots the yellow. I take the yellow and the rest of the colours to make a 37 clearance.TSF World Champion 2010

The two colours either side of the red just need to add up to 9, they needn't be yellow and black specifically.

Good answer with the miss rule, I was sort of onto it.... Anyone have a decent question for the biggest quiz thread?!! Any takers.
