The WPBSA has fined Ronnie O'Sullivan £300 plus £1,000 costs for conceding a frame early against Joe Perry in their UK Championship quarter-final last December.

He trailed Perry 23-0 at the time.

As 3rd incident, it is understandable that the fine goes up, but why did Lee Spick and O'Sullivan incur costs and the others didn't?

I think that Jin Long incident was a misunderstanding. Jin Long thought he could take a break and went out for whatever--when he came back, he was informed that he has lost a frame.
