    Ssb - shanghai: Eurosport times

    Here are the Eurosport transmission times for the Shanghai Masters...

    Please note that most of the afternoon matches are on Eurosport 2, which will also show highlights in the evening.

    (UK time, for Europe add an hour)
    Monday, September 7: 7.45am and 1pm (Eurosport2)

    Tuesday, September 8: 7.45am and 1pm (E2)

    Wednesday, September 9: 7.45am and 1pm (E2)

    Thursday, September 10: 7.30am and 12.30pm (E2)

    Friday, September 11: 7.30am and 12.30pm (E2)

    Saturday, September 12: 7.30am and 12.30pm (E2)

    Sunday, September 13: 6.30am (E2) and 12.30pm

    Apparently, Eurosport International is going to be showing both the morning and afternoon sessions live.

    Nothing on the evening though, because of the tennis US Open.

      For those who have sufficient bandwidth to watch streaming video on the internet, the Shanghai will be available live at tvunetworks.com. You have to download their player but it's all free and I have 2 computers here with their player installed with no problems.

      The TV station is CCTV5 for the live snooker. Commentary is in Mandarin though but you can hear the referee in English.

        its in china mate the 12.30pm start is the evening session of 7.30pm local time in china...

          Yeah, I know that, but the first post is calling afternoon matches to the ones that actually start at 7.30pm (China local time), so it's obvious it was referring to the European broadcast times. I just followed that logic.

            According to the event schedule on the World Snooker website, there are only two sessions a day.

            I seem to remember the same was so last year.

              All I meant to say was, unlike the British Eurosport, Eurosport International won’t be showing any highlights in the evening.
