Yes, a brief but enjoyable piece, particularly the archive footage of Fagan knocking Higgins out of the World Championship in 1978, which I hadn't seen before. Fagan appears to be enjoying a high profile these days in spite of being something of a journeyman pro in his day.

I was led to believe that BBC footage of Higgins/Fagan from the 1978 WC no longer existed anymore..

Why would a TV Company show someones funeral?

I thought there might be a chance that it would be shown as Sky News covered Jade Goody's, Stephen Gatley's and George Best's Funerals.
Alex's funeral is going to be a big occasion so it's not beyond a possibility that they will show some of it.

It seems the Alex Higgins clip has been cut from the One Show - Just been on to watch it on BBC 1 player and the clip is only 21 minutes long in comparison to 30 elsewhere - They've cut the reference to even showing it at the start? Any reason for this - was there anything controversial?

Nothing that I can think of. I can't see any reason as to why they would cut that out..
