I wonder if the WPBSA have been rather clever in dropping the charges.

I know this was not a criminal case, but if they had charged him with fixing, knowing there was probably insufficient evidence, then presumably he could not be re-charged.

But by dropping the charges last week, there would be nothing to stop them reinstating the charges should further evidence come to light.

An unlikely occurrence I should think, but I guess the door is still a timy bit open.

So Mooney takes the fall for his FRIEND how nice of him. While poor little John gets to play the innocent victim.
Sure he will have to play it carefull for a while but my guess is he is a very good actor and will manage just fine.
There was only one right outcome for me in this and it has not happened it is a total disgrace.
I am as mad as hell but not shocked as that is the way of the world.

Yes heard that one before its the papers fault.

In the past that paper also caught out a few other important people as well, from royalty to more sportsmen.
Was that just trash too then. If so someone better give a certain ex Duchess her title back.

Have been for years thats why i am as angry as i am. Why else would i bother posting comments anywhere. Not a lot of people i know care enough about Snooker to listen, and say what do you expect.
That makes me mad i love Snooker and do not like peoples opinion of it and Higgins and co have only made it worse.

I am actually envious of people that can move on from this without a bad taste in there mouth as it just does not feel right to me all all.

But they are your feelings, not definately the TRUTH (Although, your feelings may be the truth it was not you chosen to make the decision and it was not you that recieved ALL the relevent video footage and statements...) We have to accept the truth was revealed and accept that the people who reached the decision were capable of reaching the right decision!

Right your not his biggest fan but you are Snookers i get it thats why i envy you.
If i am right you go along with this ruling as it makes Snooker the winner. And while i understand and appreciate the sentiment. Just does not follow for me or a lot of casual\orninary Snooker fans.

I would have gone along with Higgins being banned for life if that was the outcome. I'm laidback, maybe too laidback, but it wasn't my decision on Higgins's fate but I'm happy to accept the people who were chosen.

I hope you will soon be able to overcome your dissapointment regarding this particular matter and enjoy Snookers future :snooker:

As for me enjoying Snooker will do but overcoming my dissapointment now thats different
