That's why it's pointless to mess , sorry not every other thread but, every other thread where Higgins is mentioned (is this better?).

If you want to talk about it, fine. Do it in a thread which is about the "Higgins case".
Actually, this thread is also about players’ unprofessional behavior, where Higgins is given as an example, so I’m not that off-topic, am I? Besides, like I said, I wasn’t the one who brought the subject up in the first place, and I don’t see you chase those people who did it with personal insults.

I also don’t see you complaining about those people who took their time talking about smashing the reds in this very topic. That is as on-topic as is what I said.

Yes, it’s pointless to talk about so many things about snooker, but still people do it all the time.

Talking about the bribe scandal doesn’t change anything, and I already agreed before that Higgins is untouchable now, so why worry so much about what is said about it, and why the use of dirty tactics to silence those who want to talk about it?

of course he has, hes the chairman of snooker. he gave higgins a slap on the wrist, instead of a good kick up the backside and out the door for 5 or 6 years.

When Hearn won the vote and took control of the commercial rights, he stepped down from the Board of WPBSA. He has no control over the WPBSA nor the disciplinary procedures of it.

All in all, very promising aspects!

Go'on Barry! I'm with you all the way, unless you start changing the game that is!

              @Souwester

              The Board
The Board of the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association has five directors:

              Jason Ferguson (Chairman)
              David Douglas (Vice-Chairman)
              Steve Davis
              Alan Chamberlain
              Zhang Xiaoning

The Honarary President is Sindhu Pulsirivong

The World Snooker Limited Board has seven directors:

              Barry Hearn (Chairman)

              Brandon Parker

              Steve Dawson

              Eddy Hearn

              Nigel Oldfield

              Miles Pearce

              Jason Fergsuon (WPBSA Reprentative)

Does that mean he has nothing to say about disaplinery matters? I'm a bit lost on this one!

He is in charge of Putting Tournements on for Players to play in and Making The Sport Work for Everyone The Rights he had in May has been handed over to Jason Ferguson he is in the Role Barry Hearn had when the NOTW Story Broke.

So Doesent Matter who is in what Job everything will still be blamed on Hearn

They Looked at evidence and came to a decision so you would prefer to Hang Higgins based on a NOTW Edited video you saw....

you or me have not seen a fraction of what they did.

so sod the Evidence just throw him to the wolves based on a 5 minute edited video.... have you got any idea how corrupt that actually is or sound.

they do have a good working relationship yes.

but World of snooker is more than 1 man ....yes he is the figurehead but theres other people with jobs so if he is corrupt then David Douglass,Steve Davis etc Who are WPBSA are also corrupt.

the Right Decition was reached based on evidence Provided

what gets me in this whole thing is.

if they saw him guilty and banned him for life there would be others saying it was a wrong decision.

your damned if you do and damned if you don't.

they looked at evidence we didn't so unless someone got other evidence they dont know about... who the hell are we to say they got it wrong and harp on about it for the next 20 years.

We are of the same opinion!

What do we know, I mean really know? Nothing!

It was looked into, it was decided on what came to light, let it rest!
