I do not know if this already has been posted here:
After John Higgins’ first match after his ban, his match on the EPTC tournament in Hamm, Germany, there was a players’ meeting. At this meeting the present players were further specified the reasons for the decision in John Higgins’ case. John Higgins was on this meeting too and the other players could ask him if they had any questions to him.
I was in Hamm too and after this meeting I saw no animosity of the other players against John Higgins. On the contrary the other players were very nice to John.
And as John came into the arena the German public applauded him.
I know that not all Snooker fans are sure John would not have cheated if he would have had the opportunity to do it but the most of them accept that an independent body made the decision on the base of evidences which exceed the edited video we've seen.
I think it is suspicious that the NOTW obviously has made everything to ensure that John Higgins and his lawyers can’t get the unedited video and that they never showed the unedited video to the publicity. When their accusation against John Higgins would be true than they should have no problems to do that.
That’s why I don’t believe that John is a cheater and I know that many people in Germany think the same.

And now I want say anything concerning the UK Championship final:
I was shocked that Mark Williams lost the match. Mark is my second favorite and I wished that he wins. But John Higgins made such a great comeback and Mark missed his opportunities for victory and that’s why I can only say: congratulations to John Higgins. He had every right to win this match. It was a great match, John was a great winner and Mark was a fair loser. And when I look at the whole tournament then I must say: the better player won.
