John parris cue

I can't seem to upload, if someone could tell me how to distinguish if it's a genuine John parris cue or not. It is quite narrow at the top of the cue and the guy I bought it from also gave a brown mini butt to go with it which I haven't seen before. Any replies would be really appreciated, I spent a lot of money and it would be a waste if it turned out be a fake

If it orginal in ivory and not been re fix on the badge is a genuine JP cue then no worries
