could anyone recommend a good online snooker game to player other users

I play Virtual Pool 3. It's pretty good. Dynamics are good, graphics are fair.
If you ever play it, I go by the same of snazzydevil there too.

I don't know about the availability of the game in your area, but i'm sure you could purchase it online if you're desperate.

there's only 1 online snooker game that is really worth playing. it's called isnooker and you can download it for free from www.thesnookerclub.com. it's shockingly brilliant.

Also Memirsoftware thats a ok game not many player's. But it play's Chess and checker's if player's are interested.

No wonder it's free, personally I think its dreadful.

isnooker maybe great, but it's not for free!

You can play iSnooker for free, at the log-in window, if you type in Guest as your username, you can play for free. but as a guest account you dont get the added extras as a registered account. (username / Stats etc..)
