Couldn't resist firing up the Speccy emulator for a game of Steve Davis after reading this thread, ahhhhhh so many memories!
I found a very interesting one while extremely bored, Snooker Manager! You have to guide your chosen player through the ranks, making important decisions along the way, such as how much time to spend practising and what tournaments to enter.
Did someone seriously think that this game had commercial potential? Or was snooker even more popular during the 80's than I remember it being?

I found this thread by using the search engine for "Snooker Manager" after having read this http://forums.eurosport.com/showthre...932#post162932 - post #406
stoichen seems to be hardly on the board these days, does anyone else know about that game? I was wondering if this entry on Eurosport forums is serious and didn't know that a game called Snooker Manager existed already before.

I had this game on the commodore 64. Unless you potted first visit, the computer would make a 147. Was much better in 2 player mode
              Cheers
              Steve
