Believe me we work incredibly hard including late nights and weekends to make the best game possible with a small team and budget. Unfortunately Snooker games are operating in a much smaller market than the EA sport games, so inevitably we don't have the budget to compete but we do our best.

Yep that's the plan, although obviously nobody is patching anything on PS3 at the moment

Convenient, aye? Of course, there's no problem with Xbox Live, so where's the patch for that? Just be honest with the forum, guys, and we'll accept it.

Ok guys come on own up! Who requested the fancy replay mode that took up so much development time?

The replay mode actually looks better than the actual in-game gameplay.

Overall there is just no motivation to play this game, and online it is even more of a joke. There is literally no such thing as a safe ball and safety play consists of 'who can skim the pack of reds the slightest'. It doesn't matter if you put the white on the top cushion for your opponent, because the aiming marker stays the same wherever the cueball is.

Will be selling my copy.

I got the game yesterday and managed to play for an hour. The menu music is a lot better now. The player graphics also. Customizing the player though is awful!What kind of haircuts are those?I am 35 years old not 70!!!.I haven't tried the rewind yet. Playing needs some getting used to with the new controls. I could have used the reverse up-down movement on the controls. When you go left stick up it looks down!!!...I think from a frame that i played that the physics on the previous one were better but not entirely sure about that yet. Someone here wrote that the table is playing slow and that is very true unfortunately!!! Helping aids are good for the beginning not letting you know very much as an amateur. The inspect thing is excellent BUT you shouldn't be able to see where the ball was going with a line too!!! This makes the game the easiest game ever! Aerial view while the shot plays shouldn't have been out of the game also. And last but not least i went online to see some leaderboards and it seems that almost nobody has bought the game just a few mates i have been playing for a year now...

Can't agree about the music & player graphics being better this time. The player graphics are just as dreadful as the last game.
After all the slating (most of it justified) of the game on this thread it's surprising to here people are still going out & wasting their money on it...

Cue king trophy / achievement bug

Hello all. A quick update for those of you who have found you can't unlock the Cue King Trophy / Achievement:

We have discovered that the issue arises if you complete the 3 yours (Snooker, Pool and Golden Cue) in a very specific order. You should find that if you now go back and win a single event in the Snooker tour the Trophy / Achievement will successfully unlock.

After a few more hours of play i found the inspect & replay thing fantastic BUT unfortunately pushing the right trigger which shows you exactly where the ball is going makes the game VERY VERY VERY EASY....Its boringly easy.This should change!!!

I also have to say that while the other player plays online you can walk around the table and this is AWESOME!I wish though more players bought and played the game cause its so difficult to find online opponents...

360 save problem

Hello,

We're making progress fixing the issue on 360 which is stopping the game from saving for some people after a long career. However to ensure this issue is fixed properly for everyone, we could use some information from people suffering from the problem. If you could provide answers to the following that would be greatly appreciated:

1. At what point did the error occur, for example during an autosave between frames, at the end of a match or when exiting the options screen?

2. How many controllers did you have plugged in or wireless synced with the console, including any alternate controllers such as steering wheels?

3. How many save device were plugged in such as MMUs or USB sticks?

4. Was there any middle of the match saving, quitting and continuing?

5. Did you play the Golden Cue or Pool tour as well as Snooker?

6. Is it possible to get the size of your existing save?

7. How much space was left on your save device?

8. Did you install the game to HDD?

9. Which version of 360 do you own e.g. original model or slim?

Haven't been here for a while and nothing has been announced. I'm actually considering selling my copy, guys. Come on DE, I used to think you guys made the best sport sim in the world. I certainly won't be getting this on release day next year.
