well i thought potting in the middle pockets is a hell of alot easier than 2007 and i have had 2 147 s now i am a good player in real life with a highest break of 98 so i know where to position the white and on this game u can be in perfect position everytime the only down side is going in to the pack they dont split to well and the white seems to stick to the reds some time and the first event is shanghai not china open

Which is why most of ur points go on shot power, and potting early on, and the odd one on spin, it's not often u should be THAT far out of position to need loads of spin, better leaving too much angle than too little, then u can compensate for lack of shot power, going into packs is a bit harder, but if u leave a red or 2 that ur bound to be on when u split the pack (even assuming the split goes wrong, as the best do in real life), I'm thinking regular century breaks are still possible! My brain works and I see all the shots with the potting aids allowing me to pot and my snooker knowledge doing the rest, wish I had a 98 break though!!

Yep, it's definitely a harder game and the new aiming aid isn't as easy

It's been asked a few times now but can someone confirm whether the seedings for the main tournament are proper now.

I.e. previous versions of the game WRONGLY had top 16 in the qualifiers.

It should be last 32 through to the final rounds and not last 16.

Think you'll find the new aiming aid is much harder, so you might actually like it that way It's a tougher game than 09 for sure

So they still haven't got this right and are still sticking the top 16 in the final round of the qualifiers when they should be in the first round of the tournament proper?

when 17-32 join its called round 4 after you have played 3 qualiflying matches and then the winner of them matches are matched against top 16...they got seeding right but its called round 4 and round 5 not opening round of tourment they counting qualiflying matches as rounds 1/2/3

Why have you guys not got the qualifying rounds corrects. How on earth can you have qualifying rounds as part of a tournament when in fact they should be Rounds 1 2 etc.

Same mistakes as previous versions again. Not impressed

Because again and again they keep making the top 16 qualify for the tournament in round 5, when they should automatically begin the final rounds of the finals in every tournament. They seem to have got this wrong in every version and never explain why. As snooker fans they surely should know that this is simply wrong!
