DarkEnergy i know i've made a lot of critique on your game this morning but if you could simply add a switch camera option when you've taken your shot then i'll be a happy bunny. after all you wanna keep loyal fans like me happy cos let's face it this game is so niché that not many ppl are gonna buy it.

even this review stated its far too easy...
disable top view & shorter arrows and get rid of the objectball cam.

Been playing the game on PS3 since yesterday & have to say it's average at best.

As mentioned there's no spots on the table for the colours making it guesswork to see if a colour will respot or not. As mentoined by wiseguy why have they done away with the overhead camera (triangle button) just after you have taken your shot? you now have to wait till the camera goes to main table view to see where the balls have ended up.
I thought the aiming aid was harder & better (only making a couple of 40 breaks in the first few hours) then i like others discovered the R2 button view which makes the game even easier than the last game!!
The player graphics are awful again, saying the game is made by a small development team with a tight budget is no excuse. you could model a proper stance off an average club player & incorporate it in the game easily i'm sure.
Another small thing which i've noticed is when you hit a ball hard into the pocket it doesn't make the proper noise of a ball hitting the back plate (i know it's maybe insignificant to many but if you're going to use the name 'real' in the game title at least get the basics right)
Why no referee either? i remember 09 had this.

i so wanted this game to be great as snooker deserves a great sim (golf, football, cricket & even darts have already). i'll persevere with it as it's obviously the best available but could have been so much better at little cost. A lot of the ideas & points in this thread are spot on so hopefully the feedback here will lead to a much improved version next time.

DarkEnergy are you going to give any responses to the feedback we're giving you? all i want is to be able to change the camera immediately after i've taken my shot so i can see were the object ball is going cos the camera the game chooses rarely does! every previous WSC let me do this so why take it out!

Question for Dark Energy- why is pot black included in the tournament schedule in this game? This actually hasn't been played for 2 or 3 years & if the game was up to date the snooker shootout should be in it's place.
The more i play this game the more i feel it's just a very slightly glossed over version of wsc 09... The rewind feature & modified aiming aid does not justify another £30 i.m.o
Also looking forward to hearing if there's going to be a patch to fix some of the basic oversights (spots for the colours, human player camera options, even a referee etc...)

cheers mate yeah i think a 30 second shot clock would be great in online play
also think if snookered on all reds it would be great if it didnt show you where the white was going to finish to stop beople going off the cusion and nestling into the pack that would mean more skill in volved with safetys to try and get behind balk colours so dark energy if your listening it would be nice??
also no spots where the colours go?
there is still a glitch with cue action the man hids top of ball and the white screws back lol??
all the players have same clothes and waistcoates on it wouldnt be hard to change this and why is strphen lee skinny lol?
maguire doesnt wear a bow tie aswell
i thought it would of have the official rankings too but seeing as ronnies on the front cover i soppose he haves to be number 1
wher abouts on the game can u change your cue i cant find it?

i've looked everywere for the cue change option. it literally isn't in the game lol.

can't understand some of the basic ommissions cos surely the DarkEnergy guys actually play the game whilst making it and can't believe not one of them said "y'know what, half the time when i take a shot i can't see were the balls are going" or "oops lads guess what, we forgot to put the spots on the table".
