Blade will you be able to turn off the grey target circle that tells you where the white will finish, and just have the arrows on the aiming aid?

Yes you can turn off the circle or the arrows or both depending on how you like to play.

Only two weeks to go! I hope that the save-function works better than the 2007 version, due to this bug i had to play the career mode in medium length. For a realistic simulation it must be at full length !!!

Thanks Blade I've had all the WSC games and played the 08 version at the crucible last year, what updates have been made for the 09 version, have the tournaments been updated for the 08/09 season?

Hi Guys & Gals

This is my first post on here but I just wanted to start a thread for WSC Real 09 which is coming out on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on 3rd April, a year since WSC Real 08 was supposed to be coming out on the next-gen consoles. I've played every edition of the WSC series, my favourite to date was World Snooker Championship 2005, least favourite was 2007 mainly because you couldn't turn off the grey circle which told you where the white would finish.

I played the 08 demo last year while I was at the /crucible and it looks amazing, I've preordered it and entered the prize draw on the official website. What are other people's thoughts on the game and the series?

I'd have to agree 05 is the best for me as it's not too difficult to set up the shots and the graphics aren't too bad they are a little cartoony but otherwise are fine


07 on the other hand terrible for setting up shots and spin and I hope they fix this for the new one the white ball predictor dosen't bother me too much in fact I find it helpful at times especially when playing a safety shot
