i have always felt that it was a tactic to sell more wii's personally. sometimes people get so eager to play a game that they feel they will make it for one system and make everyone else wait. they just wait and see how many can't resist and by another console just to play it. some may disagree, but lets face it, it works!

companies may say they need more time to perfect the others, but the wii version could have waited and had a few touch ups to be released at same time as others. this would have made more sense to keep them as one release and name.

so that can be the only reason!!!!!
blade won't respond, which i would like them to, so just have to believe in that reason!!!!!

i do like the wii version though, especially for the motion controls, feels more interactive than sitting for a whole match.

yes spike, i would have believed something else, but it has happened too many times lately. i have read companies saying there making an exclusive xbox 360 and then said months later that they have decided to release for ps3 as well, surprise, surprise.
it's also more realstic, as i noticed that blade updated there site news saying there releasing 2009 version for xbox, pc, ps3 and wii on 3rd april. the wii version was never mentioned before and seemed like a new update. i was curious and did some looking, only finding it on play.com listed for 26/06/09. so either play.com are wrong or blade made a silly error listing wii on there updated news. either way, blade are releasing a new version earlier than expected for wii and even if it is june, next year they will bring it forward again to release in april or so with other versions, keeping them all on par.

time will tell, but i'd love the wii update for 3rd april as a surprise. not being selfish, i hope all you xbox, pc, ps3 owners get it for 3rd april, as you all had to put up with a ridiculous wait and deserve it.

i do own a xbox360, but just want the interaction of sitting, standing and having a drink in between with wii motion, just like in real life. only difference is you can have something stronger than water!

i hope you get more joy for 2009, as wsc 2008 on wii was never really mentioned. it was like it never got released and none of the mags seemed bothered. bring out a game about spiders (deadly creatures) and it's everywhere. strange considering nintendo were the only ones that said it was a contender for best sports title!!!!!!....................nope............... .still no reviews.............anyone..................., how can it compete for sports title if no mention.
not very promising.

more promotion needed me thinks. let's see some snooker players advertising this game, instead of the same old football manager and family playing mario all the flippin time.

anyone related to top league football gets enough money as it is.
everyone thinks there actually laughing at and enjoying the games, when in fact what's going through their minds that makes them laugh is how easy they just made so much money for a few second advert.

where suppose to be in a real pickle with the economy with mention of raising the price of the wii to retailers, yet there prepared to pay big money for a few seconds advert to someone who don't even need it.

i know, why don't they stop paying so much on celebs to advertise and give it to a couple of random kids to advertise who could do with a little money. overwise just stop making adverts completely, and surely that will save them a fortune for what these celebs want!
