so do I the american pool confuses me sometimes but I do tend to play it sometimes to help raise my stats for my character as you can score points to improve them on the snooker therby msking your player better

      • I have the first 4 things all on 100 points and the rest all over the points not sure what they all are exactly, I prefer snooker on the game the pool just annoys me but I will have to do it at some stage to get the gamescore.

          • The main thing you notice different is when you get a decent cue after winning championships the points don't affect your play a huge deal.. I used to play it alot but now only few times a week if I'm lucky. Still always seem to knock the 100+ century every time I'm on. I just can't wait until '10 comes out... that is gonna be fun!

that's still more than me though I tend to play int when I'm in a snooker mood or when one of the big tournamentrs come around

but that's mainly becasuse I have other interests besides snooker on my computer

              • Saving

                Hi,

I've won real 09 for PC and its my first snooker game. I find it very amusing and with good graphics. The only thing what's bottering me is that I don't find how to save games. I'm playing a season at 100%. I'm now playing the 1/2 final where its the best of 13. Is it possible to save in the middle of the game? Now I always have to start over or play the full game in one time. It does autosave and if I look at the event stats, I can see where I stopped the previous time (bv.: 5-3), but I can't continue this game. It just starts again at 0-0.
Can anyone help me and explane if its possible to play further instead of again from 0-0?

                thanks

                • Once a frame is finished the computer should automatically save it, it does on the 360, it says 'game saving don't turn off' etc etc.

On PC it also autosave's, but I don't know how the play further with a previous saved game.

I'm not to sure what you mean?
When you click continue it should put you where you last was.

                      • That's the problem. There is no continue.

The PS3 does the same Although I do have it on PC I've never really had that problem but then I've not played it on 100%

                          • On PC it also autosaves, but when I restart playing after I stopped, there is no continue button or something like it. So I don't know how to continue a previously game. I always have to restart from 0-0 in frames.

I'm not sure then because as far as I'm concerned mine works perfectly maybe it's the version you have I'm not sure check and see if there are any patches or whatever online maybe you'll find something to fix it.

                              • There isn't a continue button as such, you click on career and you generally start from where ever you left off (not mid frame mind) unless you just click start new career then obviously this doesn't apply.
