When I click start, nothing comes up also. Does anyone know if my graphics card is not updated enough for this game?

                Dell dimension 4700?
If thats right i'm phsycic... if not i was guessing
Whats the rest of the specs for your pc... Its another onboard graphics card and not a dedicated one, so you may have the same problem

You need a graphics card that supports Pixel Shader 3.0, the integrated one you are using at the moment doesn't support any pixelshader function whatsoever I'm afraid.

Supports pixel shader 2.0 im pretty sure, just not 3.
as i said before i used to play lego star wars on the intel gma 850 i think it was, something like that anyways, and it worked using the method previously mentioned.. Older and less graphical game though but i know quite a few pixel shader 3 games that will run using this method.

I stand corrected, seems it supports a software pipeline for pixel shading. Not optimal though by a long shot.

Youd be much better off buying even a cheap dedicated graphics card.

Can someone technology-minded please list the cheapest compatible (ie supporting Pixel Shader 3) graphics cards for the different types of slots (PCI, PCI-E, PCI-X) to help the few of us that can't even play the game, however good or bad it is.

I ordered a Radeon X1300 graphics card from eBay not realising that I have a PCI-X slot and not PCI-E

Good job is was only about £13
