while playing in the masters qualifier i lost match but was still awarded rank points which i am sure the masters is a unranked tournament so shouldnt have been given rank points

You are correct that yes this a mistake. Don't worry though mate, as it's all pretty normal as the game is full of mistakes.

I wonder if the people who created the game really know what snooker is all about and if they are aware about the rules of the game?

i have just thought its a complete mistake not sure if u qualify for masters i thought it was top 16 plus a few wild cards
