Does anyone know if any actual snooker players were involved in making it? Some simple play testing would of shown it wasnt right for release, when your starting a match and its comparing you to your opposition, i cant see my world ranking due to the background being red and i assume the writing is red, little stupid mistakes like that for starters without even touching gameplay, if they canne do that then how can one expect a half decent game
well blade would no doubt get more respect if they just "held up there hands" and at least make some kind of comment at the very least to reassure the consumer that they are looking into the problems that have been put to them.
i doubt if there was any input from the pros, as if there were i'm sure we would've seen a much more rounded game.

i agree, i would have infinite more respect if they at atleast made some sort of comment but alas they have not. I think its past the point now were folk would be reassured if they were just looking into the problems, they need to do something quick, the PS3 players still canne play online i think, at its most basic, they sold something that doesnt really work lol

What's wrong with that? They would be respected for it, but I think the guy was here to read about the problems, which is a sign that they want to fix things.

I don't know. Virtual pool and it's predecessors were actually helped by pro-pool and snooker players and it shows. The ball physics of that game are close to perfect. In particular in the ball physics department there is quite some room for improvement in WSC REAL. In particular the cushions take far to much out of the speed of the balls. In general the balls loose speed too fast.
As example for what's wrong: If you are half ball angle from the blue ( on its spot ) and you want the white to travel off the blue, via the baulk-side to the other side of the table you have to hit far too hard, OR you must apply top-spin, in which case the ball travels a longer distance. I find it funny ( and not correct ) that the ball travels so much further after applying topspin.
Okay, a bit futher is okay but not that much.

You mean apart from in the adverts huh? Because that's where you really need the input from professionals, eh Blade?

Edit: I have a message to the MD of Blade: Get Archer McLean onboard to program the next game, for the sake of this series' future.

The PC version of this game is the biggest load of dog crap I have ever had the misfortune to buy.

Not if you return it without opening it, or if it hasn't left yet, you can cancel it.
