How is the ranking system made in game?

Hi! I'm playing career mode and have a question about rankings: How is the ranking system in game made. I mean does rankings change after every match like in WSC 2004 or it's like the real 2 year rankings?
And how to calculate my ranks?

I am not sure but I think it is the same as the other versions. However I haven't played this version long enough to find out yet. To be honest it is one of my major gripes and something I have posted about before.

Does anyone else have any idea's?
