Is it just me or are the intricates not as intricate as they should be? it's hard to explain but on a real table there's certain little tight shots you can play when reds are close but in this game the red won't pass? Do you get what i'm saying? people who play should know what i mean.

Someone at Blade needs to stand up and be counted, OK maybe they cant code online play for the PC into a patch that I can get over but these damn right glaring simple mistakes I will not tolorate in a PC game these days.

hmm, not sure I've noticed that, or I havent realised it (xbox360 version here). What I notice most is the fact you can thinly cut a ball and get back to baulk whilst the target ball barely moves -- impossible physics there. Problem is, the cpu uses this almost every time when doing safety Basically, the balls should roll much more when finely cut.

Believe me, Blade will not patch this game.

They read this forum, but they will not do anything ... Again, read, they will NOT do anything.

The only thing they will say is "Thanks for your feedback, we will pass that to our design/development team for future release".

Dont you get it? They has already said that even there is a patch, it will not change / add current features (read in the beginning of this thread).

I know how this works, rather than spending hours to patch current game, better to spend hours creating a new one.

You will learn this experience (I did !).

And for Blade, hope you can survive with this kind of quality ... especially in this kind of bad economic situation ... people will not be so easy parting their money.

Well i have the ps3 version, 360 version will probably be far superior, with lazy developers that's always the case.

No doubt you copied the game from an illegal copy and dont give two hoots either either that or £25 - £35 is considered throw away money to you, but me I shelled out £24.99 on 3rd April, Easter weekend started 10th April and in between these dates nobody from Blade has stepped up to the plate and stated their intentions.

Forgive my drivvel as you put it but I have to work weekends and bank holidays for my cash and £25 is considered a big outlay when spending money in the current economic climate and something as simple as saving a 35 frame game of snooker mid point to be resumed later would be an expected feature at the very least.

Now if these over paid developers and useless testers from Blade can at least come clean and give us some plans for fixes Im sure a lot of us would be very happy. Yes online play on PC not going to happen, Im over it, Yes dodgy commentary, Im over it. But graphical wigs floating over the screen, Not been able to save a game mid point in a 35 frame match. Come on!!!!
I can safely say if my work was half as shoddy as this game I would be sacked.

Oh dear, i had no idea wsc real fanboys existed. Yes a developer that churns out a near identical game two years after the first is a lazy developer, or a money grabbing developer depending on how you view it.

Don't think you can have a 35 frame match as even on 100% they have the world championship last 16 at 13 frames instead of 25. Anyone know how many frames in the final of the world championship on 100% in the game (never made it that far lol).

You are 100% correct of course in all the above. Money is always the primary objective (as in all business' obviously) and no matter how much we go on, only a new game will fix most of the issues we have outlined.

What we really need is a competitor making snooker games. Then us the consumer will be the winner as both companies vie for our hard earned cash. With the monopoly Blade have, it's either put up (buy game) or shut up (don't buy game)

Your right Mate, I never made it past the shanghi qualifiers cause on 100% the first round qualifier is 9 frames which went over 2 hours at 3 - 3 so I decided to quit and come back to finish it and bang no resume game option surely some tester or developer would of noticed this or at least I would of thought they would. I was just assuming as it was billed as the ultimate snooker and pool simulation it would at least get the details of the competitions correct.

I've sold my copy. Tried to like the game but it's absolutely dire. Shocking in fact. Sticking with Jimmy's Cueball World and VP3 for now.
