Who is that person?

I follow a bit of Snooker on TV but for the life of me have never seen one of the faces that is on a few of the posters and pictures on the walls in game. He's an asian looking guy and is on a left hand poster as you walk into an event. It's not Ding BTW. Who the hell is he? Blades MD lol?

I went into a chemist and asked for a deodorant, the assistant said "ball, stick or aerosol", "No, I want it for under my arms!" was my reply.
