No snooker plus offline??

Hi, I'm pretty new to this game (still on my first qualifiers). Checked out the online section last night and saw that snooker plus can be played on line. I can't find it offline though (in quickplay or practice). Is that because it's an unlockable, and if so, what do I have to achieve to unlock it?
