These 2 days, I've found that I can't play the golden cue mode...
When I wanted to start the break, the whole screen turns black ... and when I press [enter]x2 (to shoot), it crash! =.=''
It makes me nervous... I've completed all other mode(s), except this 'Golden Cue' mode...... someone plz help me......

You may delete all registry keys related to the game. Sometimes games put they own dll and another files in Windows directory so you may try to delete them too. The mere fact that there is exe error may denote that you have problem with your windows installation. Try installing windows (on a virtual machine of course) and install game there. If even after that your game still crashes call the shop you have bought the game from. They will give you more detailed information or just will give you another copy of the game.
