Ronnie O'Sullivan beat me last night in a quarter final match at the UK Championship and wiped the floor with me in the first frame. I made a decent opening break behind the balk colours and Ronnie potted a long red and then went on to win the frame in one visit. The second frame I miss judged a safety shot and ended up hitting it a little too hard. Ronnie then found a lose red and won again in one visit. One thing I've learned about playing players like Ronnie is if you make the slightest mistake they will punish you and sometimes they fluke a long red and still beat you. Sod's law
I'll give it another shot tonight though. Last night I qualified for two tournaments on the trot which is the first time I'd ever done that, so tonight will be determined to win a tournament. I just hope I don't face Ronnie again
