Versus Mode: Player Select

Is it just me or can nobody use Real Ranking players in the "versus mode". For example I get nobodies like 'John Straw' but no Ronnie, Selby, Ding, Higgins etc?? I've played a few season tournaments but you shouldn't have to unlock this feature. Any help?

I'm not to sure I'll have a look when I get on the xbox, I generally just play the season but I don't think you can be them though, I might be wrong.
