WCS 2009 on Win XP Pro

Hi, I have just installed the WCS 2009 on to my notebook but it will not play, what am I doing wrong!! is there a fix for this problem, many thanks. My question is! can anyone tell me how I can get the game to play on Win XP Pro?

Thankyou for your help but I tried compatabilty mode it only goes up to win 2000, it still does't work, there again it could be this old timer doinmg it wrong
