Just bought wscreal09 from game today, installed it to the pc with no probs(XP). As soon as I go to start after display screen, immediately shuts down and promts an error report. Anyone able to help me?

are you using router?

go onto routers website and reset the router or take out cables wait 30 seconds then plug back in and reset it

this will do it without going on router homepage go onto your start>run> type in cmd> then type in> ipconfig/new or ipconfig/release lots of new stuff will come and give you new one or go to the internet option bit and click 'use this ip' type in lots of crap then just go back and click 'obtain ip automatically' and it will refresh it

This to me sounds like a firewall error. I believe that your firewall is denying the program access to the internet and you must configure your firewall appropriately. Some games demand access before becoming activated so to speak, your best bet is to google your exact error message and see what comes up as relavant. As a bit of an imbecile as far as computers go this method has always worked for me as in if you don't know what the hell is going wrong somebody else will. Good luck hope this helps.

also refreshing your ip every so often helps to speed it up sometimes so the server doesnt get blogged up

Thanks for help so far. I have changed Ip, allowed firewall access re-installed it. The error I am now recieving is about Digital product Id? Any ideas? Ta G

Digital product ID? Hmmm...might have to contact either Blade support or Microsoft, I'd email Microsoft about it first and they should be able to point you in the right direction. There isn't any troubleshooting this issue as far as I can tell, you have to contact the vendor in question, shoot out some emails to Blade support and Microsoft.
