How do I force the retake?

I've got a problem.
Everytime my opponent commits a foul, the option to force the retake does not appear on the screen so i don't know what to do. Can you help me?

I have the same problem and waiting for an answer...

I think it depends on the miss rule...but I still can't understand why the ref calls the miss only when I commit a foul and not my opponent. Please someone help me!
