    One of ITV's most popular hosts during the 1980s, he was admitted to hospital last week suffering from pneumonia.

    A great entertainer. You've been Framed was good, but Beadle's About was essential. The episode when he dressed up as Dracula and drunk blood (really blackcurrant juice) in a science lab was his finest moment IMO. He had them fooled. RIP Jeremy

      yes he will be sadly missed it is believed he raised over a 100 million for charity,a truly remarkable man

            Very sad news - poor guy had obviously been very ill and was still raising money for Leukaemia. R.I.P.
