  • eBay UT Clearance Cue - Spot Ebony

If you are looking for a good playing cue, read on :

Recently I saw this cue at UT Workshop. Ready-To-Go :
Length 57", Weight 17.5 oz., Tip 9.8mm., Butt Dia. 29.8 mm., Balanced at 17.8", 3/4 size with 14" butt length.

    1. Butt splices in 'Spot Ebony' Exotic and RARE woods. With slight red spots/marks (natural) here and there. Quite interesting.
    2. Shaft is well matured, and in medium-to-stiff action, with little spring. Solid hit. A good playing quality.

I rate this cue as follows : (10 points)
    Shaft Playability : 8/10
    Shaft Beautiful Chevrons : 6/10

    Shaft Finish : 8/10
Butt Woods : 9/10 (Spot Ebony is beautiful, rare and costly)
Butt splices : 7/10 (Multiple veneers are subject to personal preferences)
Overall Finish : 7/10 (I want to give 8, but better be conservative here).
Value vs Price : 9/10 (Multiple-spliced cue with this wood are expensive++)

UT sells this Cue to me, as is, for US$155. I want US$170. PM me for aircost to your place. Can ship by either Express Air (trackable), or by Registered Sign-for Air (post to post trackable only).

This is a good playing cue. With nice chevrons on the shaft, it can go for 30-40% more easily. Shaft is not looking that good, but it plays good to very good, as far as UT confirms to me.

Thank You for all interests. THIS CUE IS SOLD. Can't do second one. No wood of this type available.
