  • eBay HUNT & O'BYRNE green plate

    008.jpg040.jpg038.jpg035.jpg037.jpg
Hunt & Obyrne green plate 3/4 ash 18oz approx and 58 inch tip 9.5 ish.
This cue was apparently owned by Jimmy White in the past so the previous seller who sold it to my mate told him.
I know the cue is worth a bit of cash and maybe more if the Jimmy White thing is true?
This cue has been on ebay a while back and would like a bit more info on it if anybody knows and how much it may be worth if I were to sell it. thanks.

Jimmy seemingly owned every H&O you see for sale....! I'd say unless you had a nice letter from Jimmy, saying "look after my cue, she was a beauty!" then that particular link adds nothing to the value.

spec is not jimmy's, splice looks a long way out for a H&O and the joint is not right................

I was thinking exactly the same thing! I would also be curious to why Jimmy White would be using cues as currency lol? :snooker:

That I could expect from Alex Higgins, but it's not something I could imagine Jimmy White doing. Anyway, this threads beginning to go off the point, so I'm not going to say another word about the whole Jimmy White situation lol :snooker:
