I think with a budget like that, you will either need a very generous person or a very poor cue and case. I'd try Gumtree or Ebay if I were you. Most of the cues and cases on here are of high quality and normally reach over 3 figure amounts.

I have a woods 3/4 cue with mini butt and tele extension. Comes with a leatherette case too. But i'd be looking for £30 before delivery.
