Hard book to get a hold of as most that have it will keep hold of it. I have read it but i do not own a copy. Very good read.
I could only see this one on ebay for sale.

Thanks Warren,
I'd seen that copy, and may end up going down that route.
Obv be less expensive from the UK, where the postage won't be 50% of the book price,
unless it comes up on home shopping TV.

I usually get my old books at abebooks.com
Not cheap, but usually you get everything.

Yeah, there's quite a few there as well. everything points to the £25-£30 mark inc postage.

The joys of it only being published in Australia I suppose.
