it is and actually sold for £700, but suddenly reappears with a different seller who isn't the buyer and has zero feedback plus the item location is listed as Gravesend which is same as original seller, avoid at all costs I think

Does he really expect someone to spend £870 on a cue from a seller with zero feedback, an incorrect description and crap out of focus pictures ???
