Hi guy I have started this thread to try and trace the person who robbed me .I want to catch him and teach him a lesson that crime does not pay .Last week another forum member and I got Robbed from Milton Davies AKA Mervyn Davies AKA ,M Davies he has been using different names but the same bank account.He has Robbed us so far for £760 but there could be more members and thus the reason i am creating this thread. He is Uk based and he is welsh.He has been selling various different items EG Iphone's ,stroller, plasma TV , BMW and Trevor White cues and other type of cues. he has been using different tell numbers and also email address.details know so far are below

Yes I was scammed too. He sounds plausable on the phone and I was stupid and fell hook line and sinker for the scam. I have bought a few things from members here, and all to a man were top sellers, so I became complacent about doing things online Its a very pricey lesson to be learned. It was on gumtree I got scammed for a Trevor White and JP cue. I thought I wouldnt get tricked, as surely, anyone who gives you bank details to transfer cash must know they will get caught when they do not send goods you pay for. They dont care, I guess they know they will just get a slap on the wrist from the courts when caught and meanwhile mine and others hard earned money is spent no doubt on drink, fags etc.
Just please anyone who reads this always take care, my fault I know and I feel ashamed to admit my stupidity but if this post can save one more person from being scammed it will be worth the embarrassment.

I had a similar issue buying a cue from a UK member here once. Being in Canada I thought I had not recourse. I paid the money but the cue was never shipped by the seller. I found the guy on Facebook, searched for his name and found his house on Google Maps. I phoned UK police, and they ended paying him a visit. In the end, the cue was shipped. I've been dealing with this chap whirlwindwayne about purchasing his cue and his name is Wayne Davies and he is in Wales. He won't take paypal only bank transfer. Could be the same person or coincidence!

I have mailed Ferret his details incase. If it's not I do apologise to Wayne but wouldn't want other users to fall into a potential rip off scam.

First off I can not just go around banning people with no evidence.

Whirlwind Wayne you have visited this thread at around 6am today so you are aware of the allegations being made against you, I ask that you reply to these allegations within the next 72 hours either by replying to this thread or to my via private message.

If you have not replied within 72 hours I will take that as a admission of guilt and have no choice to remove your account from the forum and the other account which is associated with one of the IP address's you have used to login, details for both accounts will then be passed onto the police for further investigation.

Mervyn Davies ; was who done me, still no call from police yet. On gumtree has mast cue selling under name of maria, same guy had a mate contact him.

I can assure everyone here that I am 100% genuine I am not this person and I invited Pascale to my home. I'm a genuine seller just wanted to sell my cue to put towards a new 1. Just because I'm selling a Trevor White cue doesn't make me a scammer that's slanderous but I've told ferret I'm happy to help and co-operate

Just an idea but how about putting a link up on Facebook/twitter after all social media is the fastest way of spreading information. Might be other ppl that have been scammed by this person but not on this forum that could share there info with you also. Just a thought
