Cue extender

Desperately looking for a Q-plus cue extender endorsed by Jim Meadowcroft. I was repairing a young man's push fit extender which he inherited from his late uncle and I accidentally dropped it resulting in the plastic sleeve breaking. If anyone can help in finding one I would be very grateful and more than happy to purchase. I'm devastated I let this happen. Thank you
