  • century pro chalk vs Taom chalk?

Hi everyone, I’ve recently bought the CC chalk to give it a try. I’ve seen many recommendations for the Taom chalk. Has anyone here tried both chalks? How long do they typically last? I’ve been using the popular Triangle chalk, and one chalk lasts me roughly one and a half months. Apart from leaving fewer chalk marks and being cleaner, do the CC chalk and Taom chalk provide more spin on the cue ball? and are there any big differences between them? Thank you very much.

Taom definitely reduces kicks, not much help unless everyone who plays on the table uses it.
    More spin, nah.

Yes I've tried both, didn't rate the century chalk tbh, it was cleaner and less chalk marks but grip wasn't great and it just didn't impress me. Taom V10 is impressive, weeks pass without a kick and even then I'm not convinced it was chalk causing one, more likely to be finger marks on the balls. I feel I get good grip with and can all the shots I want to with it but can't say it's superior grip to Triangle etc. I use it (with partners who use it too) for a clean table and very few bad contacts.
