Looks alittle expensive for Leatherette Cases £130?

Also the Leather Case Interiors don't Look too Good?

      Thanks Gaz.

      I got a quote for a single colour leather 1pc case - £265

I am also not too sure about the quality of the work shown in the photos they have on the website.

Mick, oh don't worry I have alrweady had several conversations with Crispian.
I was just wondering if anyone on TSF had had dealiong with these people, that is all.
Crispian's work is vastly superior in my opinion.

I see Stu at Greenbaize has got some new designs of cases in, personally loving those brass corner pieces, good idea indeed.

those brass corners were specially moulded to for an exact fit of greenbaize cases.

              they do look nice.

Thanks for that, but as already mentioned I have already had soem great discussions with Crispian.
I was only asking about these other guys as I have never seen them discussed in TSF and just wondered if anyone had had dealings with them.
(I think I prefer Crispian to Stamford )
                  Ciao

Sorry about that.. I had loaded this thread before your reply, then got sidetracked with work and came back to reply without refreshing the thread.

I bought a really nice case recently and it is very good quality.

I saved £50 on it and got it for £130, and it holds 2 cues plus mini butt etc.

It's a Peradon 'special' apparently, and was one of only a few made in this design. The rug in the picture is dark brown, so sorry for the quality of the pictures.

When you consider the cases mentioned above would have cost twice the price, and for a single case only, it's not a bad price.

Crispians cases are nice, but he doesn't do tournament style, or I would have bought one. Believe me I tried lol.

I first saw Tony Glover using brass ends.
His dad made them for him but he doesn't supply them anymore.

If you look on Ebay, you can get some brass strips, that are about 0.8mm thick, 1/2 inch wide, and 12 inches long.

You could use them for the ends, by drilling a few holes in them, and screwing them into position.

                        They're fairly cheap too.

Or there are some brass corners reasonably cheap:

This was an emailed quote from CustomCueCases, still working on "she who must be obeyed" to release funds no where near this level

Last time I was emailing with Crispian (mid-Feb), he did mention he was working on a tournament design but have not seen anything yet.
As you say, if he did, I am sure he would have a queue round the block!
