A friend of mine has found he can't fit his current cue case into the boot of his new car and is looking for a shorter one to carry two sections of a three quarter cue plus a screw-on extension and a mini butt. I think the answer may be a 3 channel case. I've seen some Peradon ones at John Parrot's site. Will they do the trick? Any other options?

car-ski-rack?
B&W Billiards used to have a three channel, short case but they are out of business now
I got Snooker Warrior to make me a leather case that was measured for the length of my pool cue 3/4 shaft precisely for the same reason as your friend, for ease of transportation around the league venues, when squashed 4-in the back of a small car
May be worth a quick call to Stu Green at GBL to see what cases he is soon getting in, you never know he may have something
on ebay there are a few "wide" 3/4 cases; the important measurement is the length of the 3/4 shaft (including joint thread) and the internal length of the case.Last edited by DeanH; 21 March 2017, 05:30 PM.Up the TSF! :snooker:

Easiest 3/4 case I've had for transport was a leatherette tube case.
