hi, any body knows how to remove it? i prefer not a sanding solution and i don't want my cue finally becomes a toothpick any other ideas? thanks for helping

the question is not really how, thats easy wire wool will do that, the question is do you want to, what will the wood be like underneath etc etc.

This is a bit of a specialised thing to be truthful, and, not one I'd recommend you try yourself on a cue of any value (whether that be monetry or personal).
I would strongly advise you get someone who has experience in this type of work to do it for you, as a mistake could spell the end of a good cue.
