replacement name plate

Further to my previous post regarding my attempt at restoring a John Pulman one piece cue i want to replace the missing name plate. I have dimensions of the metal name plate and ideally would like to obtain an original one but obviously if this proves impossible then does anyone know of makers of replacements/copies that would be ok.
