Didn't you mention you lived near Kippax gazza??

If you do you best get down there aand take a look for yourself. You will definitely end up buying something you like when you see all the cues there!

i wouldn't bother buying form the website, no cue is the same, at least when your at the workshop, yuo can try them out, see if they appeal to you.

last time i went was a sat morn and it looked like people had just gone in there to knock a few balls about with decent cues rather than try before you buy.

The guys there are great, very friendly, just let them know your there to spend money and not just waste time and they will look after you and give you the advice you need.

I am planning a visit, and I too intend to travel up on a weekday - i should imagine that the shop will be quieter, giving you a chance to have a better look around without a crush, but at the same time someone being readily available to offer help/advice when required.

hi, why don't you ring them up and ask what day is the least busy and plan to go on that day.

would do, but im currently working till 4pm weekdays and haven't got any time off until the bank holidays......i could go straight from work, but would depend on them staying open longer once and if i got there before close of play....(traffic)
i will go saturday and see what happens.....i could perhaps leave work early one day next week if no success saturday!!
