If there are no stockists in Melbourne you could try JH Leong at originalomin.com. JH keeps some in stock and can also liaise for you with the makers in Thailand if you want a custom cue.

I almost ordered one through him until I finally opted for a center jointed cue (which they don't seem to offer). He was very helpful and seemed very thorough when discussing specs.
