I have used many cues, HUNT & OSBORNE, JOHN PARRIS, GLOVER, TREVOR WHITE, and Stamford, the joints of the SD extensions are quite different, but the rest parts are totally same, I wondered if they are produced by the same manufacturer, anybody know this? who made them

Think the main part is made by Tele-cue in the UK. The first ones came out in late 80's early 90's as a push on extenda the same as the World Snooker used today endorsed by John Parrott, then later they adapted it to fit in the end of the Butt, I think the cue Maker fits there own quick release joints into the raw design.
