I'm guessing length, tip size and weight are the standard however can you ask for anything else and still be charged the same amount? eg a stiffer shaft

With Mastercraft you can be as specific as you want and there'll be no extra charge; whatever your specs are, they'll be followed. So you can ask for length, weight, tip size, butt diameter, balance point, shaft wood and responsiveness, butt wood(s), jointed or not, and joint position, and even shaft taper if you want to be that demanding/pedantic.
