  • Trevor White?

I am new to this forum so please excuse my ignorance and if this has been a thread before then please point me in the right direction...

I am interested in a new cue, I currently have a Parris Ambassador which I quite like, but am looking for another.
Everyone on here is saying about Trevor White cues but I have never seen any of them, can someone tell me how I can find out where to buy them and an idea of price?
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

        the ambassador is great!
i live quite near John Parris' shop in Forest Hill so I went down there n picked my cue out myself. tried like 6 and found the one i wanted. Its about 21oz as opposed to the average of about 17-18 and it is slightly longer than normal, suits me great.
I am gonna keep the cue as my pool cue and as a spare.
The 9mm tip is very hit n miss for snooker tho, if your not cueing right then its so hard to play with.
I am considering an Ultimate from John, depending on what else I can find from other manufacturers that may sway me instead.

The reason I ask is I have an Ambassador. For some reason I find the 9mm tip easier to play with and tend to play better than with a 9.5mm or 10mm. I am by no stretch of the imagination a quality player and am fairly new to the game but wonder if I should switch to a larger tip if I want to progress quicker and easier???

26 oz is a tad on the heavy side, I agree, but Cue Craft tell me they will make customised cues upto that weight if requested. I think I'd personally feel like I'd been to the gym after a sesion with a cue that heavy!!!:snooker:
