  • Horace Lindrum Champion Cue

I have a Horace Lindrum Champion Cue and wanted some advice on how much I should sell it for please

Its got picture plate at the bottom with Horace Lindrum at the top and under the picture is written Chamption Cue . Above the picture plate is a badge saying Raper & Sons Ltd manchester. The cue measures 58" long. 16 1/2oz is stamped on the cue.

Any help most appreciated - thanks

Wish whoever it was that took my Burwat Champ cue with Horace Lindrum's handwritten signature on, all those years ago, would return it. Horace was a very nice bloke and what a good player he was. I played him in 1949.

just googled what you said ADR147 and on checking the cue - at the end of the cue near the picture the edges of the wood are rounded so I would guess that would mean hand spliced - however higher up the shaft of the cue the splices of the black wood are sharp rather than rounded so I am still unsure as to which - any advice most appreciated - thanks

It would be easer to tell you if you put a picture of the whole cue on

This is the machine spliced version. Worth around £80 i would say.
You would be best to put it on ebay.

I think i have an older version of this cue.
It doesn't have a ferrule and isn't coated with that clear lacquer.
Will take a couple of photo's for yopu guys to see what you think when i have more time.
