    zebrawood dark horse cue

Thanks for that valuable information Terry! just bid and bought a zebra wood American andiroba black horse snooker cue with a deluxe cue case for £107 from their web site. Looks a bargain to me if I only have to change the tip.

Note to everyone...I have dropped the prices on all the cues I have left. Those interested in the H&O might want to take a look at the first post in this string or also those interested in getting an economical cue at a good price.

All the cheaper cues have been refurbished by by and have had a decent tip installed. Usually this involved a new ferrule and refinishing the shaft and butt and possibly straightening the cue.

All these cues hit well and are straight

Just thought I'd refresh this string for anyone who hasn't seen it. I think the prices are pretty good and all these cues are in very good condition.

All are ash shafts with ebony butts and most have splices and veneers and most will come with cases and extensions if required (or as noted with the cue) Shipping will be extra. I don't know how to post pictures on here so if anyone wants to see a photo of a particular cue email me at - terrydavidson45(at)gmail(dot)com and I will gladly forward. All cues are guaranteed straight and have been tested (and in some cases refurbished) by me. The cues are:

              9. Two Andy Travis 3/4, 57.5", 17.5oz, 10mm, 30mm butt balanced at 16.75" priced as a bargain at 130pounds each (mini-butts only). These 2 cues needed some work and I have straightened them and put on premium tips. Both now hit very well and have fairly fancy butts with splices and veneers.

I'm still looking for 'THAT' cue and have 3 more coming and I'm sure I've got the specs right this time but all of these are very good cues with good hits and all are perfectly straight with good ash grain.

If you want to pass on a case or long extensions I will drop the price to reflect that.

so you have the small extention then, so how much do you want for the cue, without long extention and case.

                    jef:

The Acuerate I have is an ash shaft and you mentioned you preferred maple.

Although the shaft is in perfect shape there are some small indentations on either side of the joint as I left the cue together for a long time and had to use 2 wrenches to get it loosened up as the joint had seized.

Otherwise the cue is in good shape and perfectly straight. Just the cue and the mini-butt (which is the extendible one by the way) I would ask for 200british pounds plus shipping costs.

BC is the other way (West) about 3,000 miles from me and almost as far as the UK is to the East.

For surface it's about 40-50pounds for cue and 2 extensions, courier with second day delivery is around 75-80pounds but delivery is safer and much shorter of course.

I spent a year in BC so am fully aware of the distance, am also aware of how bloody weird the set up is in your country so it could have been cheaper to send it the other way first.

Good luck selling them, some nice cues.
