EXCLUSIVE Parris

Well i run into a bit of luck, and old friend of mine has had a John Parris Exclusive for a number of years, he has used it but not much at all, its by far one of the nicest cues i have ever seen or used. I have told him in the past that i want that cue when he dies, he always told me that this cue will be mine someday. I got wind that he is willing to sell it, with the extentsion and mini but + a really nice case that will hold 4 cues.

I called him on the phone today and said i was told you might sell your cue, he said yes, give me $200 canadian for it and its yours.

NOW THATS A DEAL!! I will have it in a few weeks because i have to get it shipped across canada but when i get it i will post pics.

$200 Canadian is about 90 british? something like that i believe.

Well i guess i always knew since i was 18 or 19 that one day he would eithere give me the cue in his will or just sell me it for little or nothing.

This storys kinda sad. m friends about 70 now and he watched me grow up playing snooker since i was 12 years old, he had a heart attack a few months back and he was telling me today that he told his wife when he was in the hospital after his attack to make sure if anything happend to him that i would get he cue, his wife told him why are you talking abotu a stupid cue when your are laying in a hostpital bed, he told her its hard to explain what a mans cue means to him.
